Note: These terms are a draft and require Texas attorney review before governing live commercial transactions. The Resilient Strength Certification pre-requisite structure and any refund terms should be reviewed by counsel prior to enrollment launch.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using wolfpackcollective.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

wolfpackcollective.com provides information about WPCC certification programs, the Resilient Strength Model, and the Wolf Pack Coaching Collective. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a doctor-patient relationship. WPCC is a fitness coaching and education business, not a licensed medical provider.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries.
4. Waitlist and Early-Interest Submissions
Submission of your name and email address through our waitlist or early-interest forms does not constitute enrollment, purchase, or a contractual commitment on either party's part. Waitlist submissions indicate interest only. Enrollment terms will be provided when programs launch.
5. Course Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment in and payment for WPCC certification programs is processed through INSPIRE360. Enrollment through wolfpackcollective.com redirects to INSPIRE360 for checkout and delivery. By enrolling, you also agree to INSPIRE360's terms of service and privacy policy.
Refund and cancellation policies for specific programs will be stated at the time of enrollment on INSPIRE360's platform. These Terms do not override program-specific enrollment terms.
6. Certification Pre-Requisites
WPCC certifications have stated pre-requisite requirements as documented on this Site. WPCC reserves the right to verify prerequisite completion before issuing credentials. Enrollment in a certification program without meeting stated pre-requisites does not waive the pre-requisite requirement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, methodology descriptions, curriculum outlines, branding, and the Resilient Strength Model framework, is the intellectual property of Wolf Pack Coaching & Consulting, LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of WPCC content without written permission is prohibited.
The Resilient Strength Model™, Forge Assessment™, Pack Paths™, Wolf State Cycle™, and related marks are trademarks of Wolf Pack Coaching & Consulting, LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, WPCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our programs. WPCC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WPCC makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
